1. Payment Terms

The client agrees to pay the total advance cost of the project before the commencement of any work.

2. Behavior Expectations

Clients are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions. Any abusive behavior towards our employees will result in an immediate halt of all work, and no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

In cases where the client is not at fault and we decide to halt the project without a valid reason, a full refund will be issued to the client. Otherwise no refund is issued.
